Register at /account/register/. There is no username: the account is the email address, so use the one you want receipts, provisioning credentials and support replies to reach.
If you have already emailed us
Sending the public contact form creates a placeholder record for your address so your ticket has somewhere to live. Registering with that same address claims the placeholder instead of refusing it, and your existing ticket history comes with you. You do not need to use a different address.
After you sign in
You land on Instances. The left sidebar is the whole portal:

Secure it before you deploy
The account holds a payment method and can destroy servers, so it is worth two minutes now:
- Add a second factor at /console/account/two-factor/. An authenticator app or a passkey both work, and you can enrol both.
- Save the recovery codes it shows you. They are displayed once.
