Billing and credit
Hourly metering, deposits, saved cards, invoices, bandwidth, and suspension.
-
1
How hourly billing works
Every server debits credit each hour. The published month is a 730 hour equivalent.
-
2
Prepaid months and years
Monthly and annual orders prepay credit and still meter hourly. Annual is 20% off.
-
3
What has to be true before you can deploy
Hourly billing unlocks on a saved card, positive credit, an existing server, or a one month deposit.
-
4
Payment methods
Cards, wallets, ACH, and the three USD stablecoins. No PayPal.
-
5
Saved cards and auto-recharge
A working default card replenishes credit automatically; accounts that need action receive low-credit warnings.
-
6
Low credit and suspension
Warnings start about five days out. Suspension is a negative balance, not an empty one.
-
7
Invoices, receipts, and the ledger
Money in is an invoice. Hourly usage is a ledger debit, not an invoice.
-
8
Bandwidth: pool, blocks, and overage
2 TB per account plus 500 GB for each server. Extra transfer is $3.00/TB for prepaid blocks and overage.
-
9
Loyalty tiers
90 days of continuous service earns 5% on deposits, 365 days earns 10%.
-
10
Stop paying for a server
Only destroying it stops the hourly charge. Stopping it does not.
-
11
Cancel now or schedule deletion
Delete an hourly server now, schedule a prepaid server for its due date, or undo a scheduled deletion.
