Servers bill hourly from account credit, so the balance has to exist before the server does. Open Billing in the client portal and choose Add credit, or go straight to /client/billing/add-credit/.
Amounts
A single top-up is between $5.00 and $1,000.00. If you need more than $1,000 on the account, add credit more than once or open a ticket.
There is no expiry on credit and no monthly minimum. What is on the account stays on the account until servers spend it.
How to pay
Cards and wallets: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay, and Alipay. US bank transfer (ACH) is available for credit top-ups.
Crypto is USD stablecoins only:
- USDC on Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Base, and Tempo
- USDP on Ethereum and Solana, for US-based transactions
- USDG on Ethereum, for US-based transactions
No PayPal, no Bitcoin, no Ether
We do not accept PayPal, and crypto checkout settles the three stablecoins above and nothing else. Sending any other asset or coin to us is not a payment and cannot be credited.
A stablecoin or Cash App payment is one-time by nature: it cannot be saved as a default payment method for auto-recharge. If you want the account to top itself up, save a card.
Loyalty bonus on deposits
Once an account has been running servers continuously for 90 days, deposits earn a bonus in credit: 5% at Gold, 10% at Platinum after 365 days. It is applied to the deposit automatically. See Loyalty tiers.
