Tenure is rewarded with a bonus on deposits. There is nothing to enrol in and no tier to buy.

The bonus is calculated on the amount of the deposit and posted as credit at the same time as the deposit itself.
What counts as continuous
The clock runs while you have at least one server that is not destroyed. A stopped or billing-suspended server keeps the clock running, because it is still being billed by the hour. A destroyed one stops it.
Rebuilding is not a reset: a gap of under 24 hours between destroying a server and deploying the next one is bridged, so destroy-and-redeploy does not quietly cost you a year of standing. A longer gap starts the clock again.
