When provisioning finishes you receive an email with the public IPv4 address
and the generated root password.
ssh root@YOUR_IP
Paste the password when prompted. On the first login, change it:
passwd
If SSH is refused or the password does not work, open the browser console
from the instance page in the client portal. That is a VNC session into the
guest, independent of SSH.
