Yes - upgrade to a larger plan any time from the client area. Billing moves to the new rate straight away, and because we meter by the hour there is no pro-rata invoice to settle. The extra vCPU, memory and disk are applied on your next restart, so nothing goes offline until you choose to reboot - and you can cancel a scheduled upgrade before it is applied. Downgrades are not self-serve; contact support.
Sales are final. There is no money-back guarantee or cooling-off refund period. Account credit purchases and unused prepaid credit are non-refundable except where required by law. Canceling a VPS stops future hourly charges but does not refund remaining credit. See our Terms of Service for details.
Debian, Ubuntu, FreeBSD, AlmaLinux, and Rocky Linux are available during checkout. You can also open a ticket if you need a specific template version or custom ISO path.
