If the credit balance goes negative, billing maintenance suspends the
account's servers. Power actions stay blocked until the balance is back to
zero or above.
Add credit from Billing. A deposit that brings the balance back to
non-negative runs the same recovery path immediately — you should not need a
ticket for a straightforward top-up.
If a server stays down after a successful deposit, open Chat or a ticket and
we will look at that instance.
